Create an Ad-Hoc Search for Patients with an Online Services Account

1. From the Vision front screen, select Reporting - Search and Reports.
2. Click New Ad-Hoc Search to open the ad-hoc search screen:

   

3. Click Add Entity above the Report Details panel and the Select from Group screen displays.
4. Open the Miscellaneous Searchable Entities folder and select VOS Users.

5. Click OK.
6. To select the criteria for your search, highlight the VOS Users entity in the Search Details panel and click Selections.

7. This opens the Criteria Select window. Select your criteria using the following options:
   • Inactive - Select Inactive = Yes to find patients whose Online Services account has been disabled.
   • Input Operator - A particular user(s) can be selected.
   • Modified - Select either Equals or Not Equals and No or Yes
   • VOS Registration Status - Select from Active, Created, Locked, Registered. See Registration Status

8. Click OK.
9. Click Run to display the search results.
